Details

You will receive a call/ SMS after product delivery to inform about the availability and schedule of the service.
Exicom representative will contact for free installation and commissioning within 36-48 hours or mutually agreed date.

Service includes:
- Unboxing and mounting the charger on the wall.
- Laying and terminating the other end of the charger's cable in the nearby MCB provided by the customer.
- Configuring the charger, testing with the customer's vehicle, and activating the warranty.
- Providing training on basic operations and troubleshooting of the EV charger.
- Installing and enabling the Spin Air app while explaining its various features and benefits.
Any additional out of scope accessories not provided in product box and any additional services, if required are chargeable and shall be paid directly to service expert. Contact our service support team for any additional clarifications.
Input cabling up to 3m between the charger and the customers distribution box is included.Cable beyond 3 meters:

- Maintenance free Earthing @ 8500/-
Our service expert will capture the device photos before and after the service, this is required to capture proof of service completion.
